Bonita

Bonita: Slightly tart, aromatic, tasty and crunchy, that is Bonita.

When breeding new apple varieties, it’s not always just about taste or shelf life. A very large and significant breeding goal is resistance to pathogens, in order to be able to save on pesticides.
Bonita is one of these varieties that is particularly well suited to organic cultivation because it is scab-resistant. The smooth-skinned apple is characterized by its juicy, crisp bite, and the fine flesh flatters the palate. The variety is medium in size and has a homogeneous fruit size and uniform rectangular shape.
